[RDD] Copy but no Paste for Macros?

I've got a bunch of very similar macros to set up.  In RDLibrary, when
you try to edit a macro cart, you see the copy button.  You can select
the cart and click copy and the paste button lights up. You can paste in
the same cart, making additional macro cuts.  However, when you go to
another cart, no more paste button.  I find the ability to paste audio
from cart to cart very handy.  I'd sure like to do the same with macros.

Is it a bug, am I doing it wrong?  Or is that just the way it is?
